Today I feel like posting my fav recipe called hot pepper chicken its an inspiration from my fav restaurant in my town Bangalore, Green onions http://greenonion.in/. Well let me tell I love cooking, And recipe for hot pepper chicken goes like this,
Ingredients,
Chicken ( chopped )
capcicum ( different colors like red, green, yellow )
red chillies
green chillies
pepper powder
salt
onions
garlic & ginger paste or chopped
oil ( I prefer olive oil for health purpose )
vinegar
Soya Sauce ( 1 spoon )
Method
1. Boil chicken, not too much ( too much boiled chicken gets dry once cooked, so only for 10 mins ) cool it off, and chop them into pieces.
2. Add oil to the pan, chopped garlic and ginger, and onions cook till brown.
3. Add capcicum, some green chillies ( long chopped, optional )
4. Add a paste of different chilies like different kind of red chillies, green chillies, onions. cook for 5 mins
5. Add chicken, add salt and pepper powder, soya sauce mix it well cook for 30 mins on low flame
The tip to good food is don't over cook anything, especially chicken.
